This soak is great post-workout or after sparring.


Epsom Salt: Relieves muscle pain, ache and spasms.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt: Nutrient dense in minerals needed for muscle repair

Witch Hazel Leaf: Useful for bruised and inflamed skin. Helps repair blood vessels underneath the skin. Is an astringent and has anti-inflammatoey properties.

Rosemary Leaf: Acts as a mild analgesic and tonic.

Lavender Buds: Calms the senses, reduces muscle tention and stimulates blood flow.


Deep Tissue Soothing Soak

  • Scoop out desired amount and pour in warm bath. Can be used as body or foot soak.
